Indigenous Services Canada is seeking a supplier to carry out the procedures set out in the error rate measurement framework (Section 2 of the Statement of Work) and to report on the results of those procedures, without expressing an opinion, to determine the error rates of Health Benefits payments made by Express Scripts Canada (ESC). This requirement is open only to PASS Supply Arrangement holders under E60ZQ-180001 who qualified as “Tier 1” for the Toronto region under Stream 1 – Internal Audit Services; one contract will be awarded and the invited SA holders named in the notice have been asked to submit proposals. The proposed contract period is from award to September 30, 2027, with an estimated initial level of effort of 215 days and three (3) option periods: 360 days. Security requirements include minimum corporate and resource Reliability Status and document safeguarding at Protected B; applicable trade agreements are listed in the notice.
