The Department of National Defence is seeking suppliers to provide IT professional services to support maintenance, life‑cycling, reliability and configuration of Manned Airborne Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (MAISR) Prime Mission Equipment and networks at CFB Trenton, Astra, Ontario. The requirement is for three senior (Level 3) resources under the TBIPS EN578-170432 Tier 1 arrangement: one Network Support Specialist (B.12), one Telecommunication System Specialist (T.6) and one Applications/Software Architect (A.1). The estimated level of effort is 240 days/year for the Network Support Specialist, 240 days/year for the Telecommunication System Specialist and 120 days/year for the Applications/Software Architect. The solicitation is for one or multiple contracts over four years (estimated Aug 2026 to July 2030), Tier 1 (< $4.5M), and requires a Supplier Security Clearance FSC - Secret; RFP documents will be emailed to invited pre-qualified TBIPS SA holders and are not available on the Government Electronic Tendering System.

This opportunity is suited to pre-qualified TBIPS Tier 1 suppliers holding FSC - Secret clearance with senior expertise in network support, telecommunications systems and application/software architecture; key considerations are the specific work location (CFB Trenton, Astra, Ontario), the substantial estimated annual effort for the three senior roles (240/240/120 days), the four-year contract period (Aug 2026–Jul 2030), and that RFP documents will only be issued to invited SA holders and are not posted on Buyandsell.
