Tender: DND AFCCIS Capability Enhancement — Application & Technology Architect Services (Gatineau)

The Department of National Defence (DND) is seeking a supplier for professional application and technology architect services to support the Air Force Command and Control Information Systems (AFCCIS) Capability Enhancement program. Services will support the full lifecycle of Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) command and control capabilities, including systems engineering, software development, systems integration, infrastructure modernization, and support for tactical and operational applications, enabling the design, implementation, sustainment and enhancement of networks, servers, data centres and related technologies across the RCAF. The requirement is for one (1) A.1 Application/Software Architect (Intermediate, Level 2), four (4) I.11 Technology Architects (Intermediate, Level 2) and eight (8) I.11 Technology Architects (Senior, Level 3), to be delivered under a single contract intended for 20 months (estimated contract period 01 December 2026 to 31 July 2028) with an estimated level of effort of 400 days per resource. Work location is National Capital Region — 455 Blvd de la Carrière, Gatineau, QC, and supplier personnel require Secret security clearance; this procurement is only open to the listed pre-qualified suppliers under the Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) arrangement and RFP documents will be emailed directly to those qualified suppliers.
