About

The Department of National Defence is seeking a supplier for professional services to sustain the Air Force Command and Control Information Systems (AFCCIS) program, including application services, information management/IT services, business services, project management and cyber protection to provide in-service support, lifecycle material management, cybersecurity, configuration management, logistics support and administrative coordination to maintain AFCCIS availability, security and operational effectiveness for RCAF operations. The requirement specifies staffed resources: two A.8 System Analysts (Intermediate, Level 2), one A.8 System Analyst (Senior, Level 3), three B.12 Network Support Specialists (Intermediate, Level 2), one C.3 IT Security TRA and C&A Analyst (Senior, Level 3), three I.9 System Administrators (Intermediate, Level 2), two I.9 System Administrators (Senior, Level 3), two P.6 Project Administrators (Senior, Level 3), and two P.7 Project Coordinators (Senior, Level 3). The solicitation is intended to result in one contract for 20 months (01 December 2026 to 31 July 2028), with an estimated level of effort of 400 days per resource, performed in the National Capital Region at 455 Blvd de la Carrière, Gatineau, QC, and requires Supplier Security Clearance: Secret. This requirement is open only to pre-qualified suppliers under the TBIPS method of supply.
