Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) on behalf of Correctional Service Canada (CSC) is seeking a supplier to provide heating and ventilation upgrades and associated architectural, electrical service upgrades and controls modifications in five buildings at the Springhill Institution in Springhill, NS. This procurement is the first phase of a two‑phase process that will evaluate supplier qualifications before inviting qualified suppliers to submit financial bids; the successful contractor must perform and complete the work within 150 weeks of award. The solicitation is open only to Canadian suppliers and to suppliers of an applicable trading partner and incorporates the Policy on Prioritizing Canadian Suppliers and Canadian Content in Strategic Federal Procurement. The estimated contract value is between $5,000,001 and $20,000,000 (HST included). Bidders may request a debriefing within 15 working days of notification of an unsuccessful bid, and documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
