About

Peguis First Nation is seeking qualified design-build teams for the design, manufacture or construction, foundations, transportation, setting, service connections, commissioning and warranty of 30 single-storey transitional homes. The program includes 10 three-bedroom, 10 four-bedroom and 10 five-bedroom homes, and the Owner intends to award up to three contracts of approximately 10 homes each. The first homes are required to be placed on completed foundations by December 18, 2026, with all awarded homes placed by March 5, 2027.
