DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) is seeking a design-build team to design and construct the Strategic Tanker Transport Capability (STTC) Main Operating Base – East (MOB‑East) at 8 Wing Trenton, Ontario using a modified design‑build approach.
