About

The CRA is seeking external independent investigative services to conduct investigations into occurrences of workplace harassment and violence, and into allegations of discrimination or misconduct related to discrimination, harassment and violence on behalf of the CRA across Canada. This Request for Information is asking industry for feedback on capacities, service delivery models and best practices; respondents may submit responses in writing (Option 1) or verbally (Option 2). Responses must be received on or before October 20, 2026, no later than 14:00 EDT, and all responses to this RFI must be directed in writing and submitted by email to the Contracting Authority; respondents are requested to provide a contact name, email address and telephone number and any questions or responses should be sent to the Contracting Authority.
