About

The Office of the Utilities Consumer Advocate (UCA) is seeking pre-qualified consultants to provide professional consulting services to support its representation of Alberta residential, farm and small business consumers of electricity and natural gas before proceedings of the Alberta Utilities Commission and other bodies whose decisions may affect those consumers. This Pre-Qualification Request (PQR) will establish a Standing Offer List (pool) of contractors able to provide expertise in at least one of the following service categories: Economics; Utility Tariff and Rates; Utility Accounting; Engineering/Technical; Financial; Actuarial; Depreciation; and Performance Based Regulation.
