About

The Province of Alberta is seeking multiple contractors to provide economic, fiscal and environmental scenario analysis modelling services through a Pre-Qualification Request that replaces RFP TBF24-031 and establishes a Standing Offer/Master Agreement list. The process includes a First Intake Response deadline of May 21, 2024 at 14:00:59 Alberta Time and follows an earlier closing date that was extended; contractors may be engaged via pre-established call-outs, by demonstrating the ability to complete work within required timelines, by responding with available resources and volumes for the presented scope, or as otherwise determined by the Province. The Province makes no guarantee of the value or volume of work, contracts awarded will not be exclusive, the Province is not required to use awarded contracts or issue statements of work, and additional proponents may be qualified annually.
