Tootinaowaziibeeng Treaty Reserve is seeking a supplier to construct the Tootinaowaziibeeng Child & Family Services Prevention Centre in the Rural Municipality of Roblin, MB under a stipulated price contract. The project includes a 9,631 sq ft single‑storey Prevention Building constructed from six modular prefab units, incorporating program and activity rooms, a teaching kitchen, a cultural room, study and training rooms, offices, a sleeping area with dedicated support rooms (washrooms, laundry, janitor, storage, mechanical/electrical), plus a 1,681 sq ft detached two‑bay storage garage. The scope also includes all site civil services for the above buildings and site preparation for three future buildings as outlined on the civil drawings only.
