Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is notifying industry of an upcoming construction management contract opportunity to upgrade the Base Administration Area at Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Suffield, Alberta. The project is estimated at approximately $223,000,000 and, if it proceeds, will use Construction Management to deliver new building construction for accommodations, training, healthcare, warehousing and administration; renewal and upgrades of existing buildings; demolition of end-of-life buildings; and horizontal asset improvements including utilities, roads and parking. This Advance Procurement Notice (not a solicitation) anticipates a solicitation in September 2026, subject to Department of National Defence approval, and indicates that successful proponents must actively hold or obtain required security clearances with the anticipated level being Designated Organization Screening (DOS); DCC is offering Industrial Security Program sponsorship assistance for clearance applicants.
