About

The City of Winkler is seeking a supplier for Standard Cut turf maintenance services, including mowing and line trimming, on City-owned or City-managed land within Winkler, Manitoba. Work shall be performed during each Growing Season, normally May 1 to October 31, for the 2027 to 2031 mowing seasons, and the City may at its discretion extend the contract for up to three additional Growing Seasons. The contract will be awarded as a single lump sum to one bidder.
