About

ATB is seeking a supplier for a strategic, enterprise-grade Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) technology to replace its current Metricstream application. The selected solution must modernize, streamline, and centralize ATB’s integrated risk management ecosystem, operate within Canada’s financial services regulatory landscape, and unify the first, second, and third lines of defense while aligning to OSFI Guideline E-21. The ideal platform will be flexible, highly secure, scalable and user-centric, offering real-time risk analytics, dynamic regulatory change tracking, automated workflow capabilities, and seamless integration with ATB’s existing data infrastructure; vendors must demonstrate technical maturity, Canadian data residency compliance, and a proven track record of deployment, sustained support, and regulatory alignment in major North American financial institutions, with detailed requirements listed in appendix 1B.
