About

OCYA is seeking a supplier to provide ongoing application maintenance and support for three existing business applications hosted on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Online platform. The initial contract term is two years, with an option for OCYA to extend for one additional year under the same terms and conditions. The service aims to optimize cost-effectiveness and value, ensure business requirements are met through maintenance, support and enhancement, minimize business risk by delivering high-quality and reliable services, promote continuous improvement of OCYA's IT processes, operational benefits and innovation, and establish a strong collaborative working relationship between the Vendor, OCYA and other third-party service providers.
