About

Infrastructure Technology and Operations Division (ITOD) of the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement is seeking a supplier for IBM Client Value Acceleration (CVA) Program services to maintain operational and business continuity for Government of Ontario technology infrastructure. The CVA Program, introduced by IBM in 2025 as the evolution and replacement of the IASP (launched in 2019 and made invitation-only as of September 30, 2021), allows clients who contract with an IBM Authorized SAM Provider to independently report their IBM software use and remain exempt from traditional license verification audits while actively participating in the program. Bidders must be an IBM Authorized SAM Provider to submit a response to this RFB.
