About

PSPC is seeking a supplier for the fit-up and modernization of the 131 Queen office space. This requirement is being competed exclusively among holders of the General Contractor and Specialty Trades Supply Arrangement (GCSA) who are qualified for the applicable stream and geographic region. The project covers renovation and modernization of approximately 2,987 m² and includes selective demolition; construction of new offices, meeting and collaboration spaces; installation of raised access flooring; architectural finishes and millwork; furniture coordination; and upgrades to mechanical, electrical and telecommunications to create a modern, flexible, and accessible workplace environment.
