Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) is seeking a lease of approximately 1,451 usable square metres (um2) of contiguous office space in the city of Calgary for an approximately 10‑year term commencing on or about October 1, 2029, with a right of early termination on or after October 1, 2037 (12 months' notice) and an option to extend for one additional two‑year period. The proposed space must be available about 37 weeks prior to lease commencement for preparation, include a minimum of 665 um2 on the main floor (preference for a visible storefront on a main road with direct pedestrian access), be located in an office or commercial building within the specified Calgary geographic boundaries (industrial/warehouse/manufacturing buildings in heavy or medium industrial zones will not be considered; mixed‑use may be considered), provide a dedicated telecommunication/equipment room of no less than 20 um2 (included in rentable area but excluded from the lessee's usable area), have parking for approximately 10 vehicles within one block, offer cleaning services during business hours, space for a bicycle rack, full accessibility for persons with a disability, a public transit stop within 600 metres with service intervals no greater than 30 minutes between 07:00 and 18:00 Monday to Friday and an accessible walking route, and meet PSPC’s Standards for Leased Accommodation; PSPC may inspect the space and conduct a threat and risk assessment.
