About

Engineering consultant needed to perform a utilities infrastructure assessment, feasibility study, cost estimation, and conceptual design for the Owl, Grouse, and Grey Jay group campsites in Bow Valley Provincial Park. The scope includes assessing existing potable water and wastewater infrastructure, developing and evaluating servicing options for potable water supply, distribution, and wastewater systems to improve reliability, regulatory compliance, and long-term operational sustainability, and preparing a Conceptual Design Report summarizing assessment findings, feasibility evaluations, recommended options, and future infrastructure investment priorities to inform future capital upgrades. The work covers all components identified in the RFP and must commence by November 2, 2026 with completion of services by March 12, 2027.
