About

Owner of The Heritage Apartments is seeking a contractor for interior water damage repair and renovation at The Heritage Apartments in Regina, SK, to repair damage caused by a sprinkler head in various suites and common areas on floors 11 to 4; bidders must consult the insurance adjuster’s report for details. Tenders will be received up to 2:00 P.M., Regina City Time, Thursday, October 15, 2026, and must be submitted electronically as a single PDF using the provided Bid Form (hardcopy, fax or telephone proposals will not be accepted and hardcopy bids will be returned unopened). Tender documents may be obtained from SaskTenders. Tenders of $100,000 and over must be accompanied by an electronic copy of a Certified Cheque (front and back), an Irrevocable Letter of Credit or a Bid Bond and ‘Consent of Surety’ equal to ten percent (10%) of the tender. There is a mandatory site review on site on Tuesday, September 29, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. The lowest or any tender is not necessarily accepted and the Owner may reject tenders from parties without reasonable acquaintance with the class of work specified and may require evidence of competency.
