About

Canadian Joint Operations Command is seeking a supplier for a Specialist in Wargame Design and Facilitation to support Exercise MAPLE LEAF PAJUK 2027. The work includes research, design, development and testing of the wargame scenario and associated deliverables from contract award through the pre-wargame phase, and execution and reporting including delivery of the administrative briefing, facilitation of the wargame, presentation of the final briefing and support in preparing the final report. The solicitation is subject to Canadian Content requirements (Open), will be posted on CanadaBuys for ten calendar days, has security requirements with an AFR to be completed as set out in Section 3.6, and accepts offers only submitted to National Defence at DSPCOS6-DCASSO6@forces.gc.ca. The basis of selection is lowest evaluated price with mandatory technical criteria; bidders for services must provide the information required in section 19 to comply with Treasury Board policies on contracts awarded to former public servants, the Crown retains rights to negotiate, and documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
