Tender: VIA Rail — Enterprise Cellular Voice & Data and Managed Mobility Services Across Canada (Dual-Supplier Model)

VIA Rail is seeking a supplier for Canadian corporate cellular voice and data services and associated line-lifecycle connectivity services under a dual-supplier model to operate its corporate mobile fleet across Canada. Both awarded suppliers will provide and manage connectivity and line lifecycle services, and the Primary Supplier will provide managed mobility across VIA Rail devices and lines, including devices connected through the Secondary Supplier. The Primary Supplier will perform basic device preparation, maintain inventory in Microsoft Intune and ServiceNow, deploy and deliver mobility equipment, recover returned or replaced equipment, provide bilingual Level 1 mobility support during business hours through VIA Rail’s existing Service Desk, maintain VIA-owned inventory at the Primary Supplier’s designated secure service location, plan and execute approved device refresh activities, and perform external billing monitoring across the fleet.
