VIA is seeking a results-driven marketing media agency to deliver innovative, data-driven and integrated media solutions that strengthen VIA’s brand affinity, deepen customer engagement and contribute to passenger growth. The mandate requires demonstrated expertise in media strategy, planning, buying, optimization, performance measurement and audience targeting across traditional and digital channels, and the ability to leverage emerging technologies and data-driven insights. Mandatory requirements include being a Canadian supplier or supplier of an Applicable Trading Partner, maintaining a place of business in Canada, providing all services in both of Canada’s official languages (oral and written) in line with the Official Languages Act, and having a minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in the media agency industry.
