Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada (ISED) is seeking an independent contractor to develop and implement software to verify that the Power Auctions system correctly applies the final auction rules in the Policy and Licensing Framework for Spectrum in the 26 GHz and 38 GHz bands to determine winning bidders and the prices they will pay. The contractor will use this software to test and validate Power Auctions during acceptance testing ahead of the mmWave auction, verify the final allocation of auction results, and work with ISED to identify causes of any discrepancies and recommend and assist in implementing solutions.
