Released 2 months ago
About
The Transportation and Economic Analysis (TEA) Directorate is seeking a supplier for task-based UX/UI design and Drupal-based web application and CMS development support to advance analytics reporting capabilities and digital transformation. The procurement aims to improve design, usability and accessibility of TEA digital products using recognized UX principles and to develop, enhance and maintain web-based applications and content management systems for stability, security, usability, accessibility and performance to enable publication and management of transportation-related data products and analytical content. This requirement is open only to TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders under EN578-170432 qualified under Tier 1 ($0–$3.75M) in the National Capital Region for categories A.1 Application/Software Architect – Level 3 and B.7 Business Transformation Architect – Level 2; 15 specified SA Holders have been invited to submit proposals. Security: minimum corporate security required is DOS level (note SA Holders do not need the clearance to submit a bid). The requirement is expected to result in one contract, with a period from award to one year plus a one-year irrevocable option and an estimated level of effort of 440 days for two resources in a year. Contracting Authority: Tony Youness, File Number T8080-250660, Tony.Youness@tc.gc.ca.
This could be ideal for TBIPS EN578-170432 Tier 1 holders in the National Capital Region who can provide two experienced UX/UI and Drupal/CMS resources to deliver roughly 440 days of effort. Key considerations include the DOS corporate security requirement, the need to demonstrate UX, accessibility and web application performance expertise, and that only one contract will be awarded to an invited SA Holder.
