Tender: Urinalysis Sample Collection Services for Offenders — Correctional Service of Canada, Timmins

The Correctional Service of Canada is seeking a supplier to provide urinalysis sample collection services for federally released male and female offenders in the City of Timmins, its five wards and surrounding areas. The contractor must collect samples upon referral, provide same-gender collectors, accurately label, seal and package samples, complete and distribute Chain of Custody Form 1065 and present Form 1064-1 when required, store and ship samples with a bill of lading to the specified laboratory, provide protective gloves, comply with Section 66(1) of the CCRA regulations and CD 566/566-11, maintain documentation and monthly logs or invoicing, attend court hearings or meetings as requested, supply backup staff and, where required by tandem supervision policy, an additional approved person for collections in private residences or isolated locations, meet response-time requirements including a 3–4 hour emergency response and 24-hour notice for non-urgent requests, perform work in English, obtain required security clearance (Reliability Status) and deliver services under a contract running to September 30, 2029. This procurement is open only to Canadian suppliers, is not subject to trade agreements or Indigenous set-asides, and will be awarded to the lowest priced compliant bid.
