About

The University of Manitoba Purchasing Services is seeking a supplier to implement a Bluetooth card access system at the UM Administration Building, with submissions managed through the UM Purchasing Portal on the Euna Procurement Submission Portal Service. The RFT closes October 1, 2026 at 2:00 P.M. (Winnipeg Time) and is open to pre-qualified general contractors. Required insurance for the project is a minimum General Liability of $5,000,000 and Automobile Insurance of $2,000,000. Bidders are required to monitor the Euna Procurement Submission Portal for all addenda and acknowledge receipt on the bid form; contact Mary Abante at Mary.Abante@umanitoba.ca for inquiries.
