About

Canoe Procurement Group of Canada, in cooperation with Sourcewell and representatives including SARM, is requesting proposals to establish regional and/or national contracting solutions for turf and athletic surfacing solutions plus related equipment, materials, supplies and services for use by its members and represented associations across all provinces and territories in Canada. The solicitation covers access for SARM and its 296 rural municipalities as well as thousands of governmental, higher education, K‑12, not‑for‑profit, tribal government and other public agencies; the full RFP is available on the Sourcewell Procurement Portal (https://proportal.sourcewell-mn.gov). Proposals must be submitted through that portal and are due no later than October 15, 2026 at 3:30 p.m. Central Time.
