Tender: Town of High Level – Climate Adaptation Strategy and Asset Management Integration

The Town of High Level is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to deliver a climate adaptation planning project funded through the Federation of Canadian Municipalities' Local Leadership for Climate Adaptation (LLCA) program. The successful proponent will prepare a Climate Adaptation Strategy and provide recommendations to integrate climate adaptation considerations into the Town's Asset Management Strategy. The project scope includes an asset and natural asset review, a climate risk and vulnerability assessment, community engagement, adaptation planning, and implementation recommendations, with scope requirements set out in Sections 2.1–2.7 and deliverables summarized in Section 3.1; submission requirements are identified in Section 4.
