The Town is seeking a supplier for dedicated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) project management and advisory services to support the planning, procurement, implementation and transition to a new ERP system. Working under the direction of the Manager, Financial Services, the Contractor will serve as the Municipality's ERP Replacement Project Manager and act as an integrated member of the cross-functional project team, providing project management expertise to plan, coordinate, oversee and support delivery while working closely with Financial Services, Technology Services, other departments, project stakeholders and the selected ERP vendor. The Municipality will retain ownership and responsibility for overall direction, business decisions, approvals and acceptance of project deliverables, with Municipal Administration providing organizational knowledge, identifying and validating business requirements, assigning internal resources and approving recommendations; the Contractor will not have authority to make business, financial, contractual, policy or other decisions on behalf of the Municipality unless expressly delegated.
