Tourism Saskatchewan is seeking market input and order-of-magnitude estimates to support budgetary planning for modernizing its customer service platform. This RFI requests information to help the agency understand platform options, implementation scale, licensing implications, integration effort, internal resource requirements, data residency considerations and public-sector delivery risks before launching a formal procurement. Tourism Saskatchewan is evaluating whether to continue with, or replace, its current Zendesk platform and requires credible, high-level estimates of effort and cost given the integration complexity across its existing technology environment. Responses may propose a new platform, enhancements to Zendesk, or further integration of Zendesk, and should show how the proposed approach addresses the identified business requirements and include proposed licensing, implementation, integration and ongoing support costs as order-of-magnitude estimates in accordance with Section 5.2.
