A contractor is sought to carry out timber pile repairs on Structure 401 at the public wharf in Head Harbour, Campobello Island, Charlotte County, NB, providing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation and incidentals and performing all work in strict accordance with the contract drawings and specifications. The scope includes repair of timber bearing piles by installing pressure-treated 150x200 dimensional timber pile reinforcement members on the faces of piles as indicated on the drawings; payment will be based only on items in the Unit Price Table while all other necessary work is incidental. Bidders may visit the site at their own expense to review site form, access, remoteness, exposure and weather conditions, must take appropriate safety measures for site visits, and must substantially complete the work within fifteen (15) weeks of contract award.
