Construction company needed to carry out thin lift overlay and milling of existing bituminous pavement on the main lanes of PTH 1 (Fermor Ave.) and PTH 101 in the Rural Municipality of Springfield. Work is divided into four locations: PTH 1 westbound from PTH 101 to the Symington overpass (approx. 5.1 km), excluding the Symington overpass bridge deck and approach slabs; PTH 1 eastbound over the same section (approx. 5.1 km), excluding the Symington overpass bridge deck and approach slabs; PTH 101 eastbound from 0.97 km south of PTH 15 to 0.65 km north of PTH 1 (Fermor Ave.) (approx. 4.25 km); and PTH 101 westbound from 0.6 km north of Fermor Ave to 1.05 km north of PTH 1 (Fermor Ave.) (approx. 0.45 km).

This could be ideal for road-paving contractors with experience in bituminous pavement construction and milling on highway main lanes; the project comprises four distinct sections with differing lengths and explicitly excludes the Symington overpass bridge deck and approach slabs, so bidders should plan for coordination across multiple locations and the specified exclusions.
