About

Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors is seeking a supplier for professional technical editing and writing services to develop and prepare the Contract Administration Manual for Highway and Bridge Maintenance, Standard Specifications for Highway Maintenance, and Requests for Proposals packages for Contract Maintenance Areas 504, 508, 515 & 516; 514, 520 & 521; and the Deerfoot Highway Maintenance Area, based on information supplied by the Highway Operations Section. Proponents must be able to commit the necessary resources to meet the schedule; proposals must be submitted as two separate PDF files (Part One: qualification submission; Part Two: fee proposal), each less than 10 MB. No payment will be made for proposal preparation and selection will be based on the best overall value to Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors rather than the lowest cost.
