About

The provinces of Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba and Saskatchewan are seeking suppliers to qualify for Corporate Supply Arrangements to provide Vehicles on an as, if and when requested basis. Respondents may propose vehicle models for one or more vehicle types identified by the Vehicle Specification Description Code in Appendix D.1 (Vehicle Specification Sheets); the Corporate Supply Arrangements will govern access to Vehicles and the second-stage ordering process is described in Schedule B. All procurement documents, amendments and Q&A are posted on BC Bid; this procurement opened on BC Bid on August 7, 2026, and bids are accepted only through BC Bid’s electronic submission by registered suppliers.
