About

The Department of National Defence is seeking a supplier for spare parts for armament loaders, with firm deliveries requested to 25 CFSD Montreal and 7 CFSD Edmonton as soon as possible. The solicitation lists detailed firm requirements (Items A1–A73) and optional requirements (Items B1–B89) including part numbers, NCAGEs, NSNs and quantities for components such as gearshafts, pumps, bearings, brake components, valves, motors, sensors, accumulators and related spares. The solicitation has been amended to provide supplier Q&A, to specify shelf life periods for multiple listed items, to modify part numbers for items A61/A62, to add an acceptable alternative for items A18/A19, and to change the closing date from September 9, 2026 to September 29, 2026.
