About

The Department of National Defence is seeking a supplier for a Radar Signal Stimulator for the Naval Electronic Warfare Center (NEWC) to enhance operational support to the Royal Canadian Navy (RCN) in Electronic Attack and Electronic Support by providing Commercial Off-The-Shelf test equipment to test, verify, and validate Electronic Support Measures libraries. There are no security requirements associated with this requirement, the requirement is not subject to a preference for Canadian goods and/or services, the Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement, and documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
