ADM(MAT), on behalf of the RCAF, is seeking a supplier for commercially available rack‑mount DC power supplies, rack‑mount cooling trays, and factory‑terminated power, data/control, timing, and human‑machine interface cabling to support JTRS Platform I radios in fixed‑site Link 16 operational and training environments. The procurement provides ancillary hardware to enable JTRS Platform I radios to operate outside pre‑integrated rack solutions by delivering external DC power conversion, forced‑air cooling capable of supporting both the radio and its associated power supply in a single 19‑inch rack, and standardized cabling manufactured to recognized military and aerospace construction practices, while excluding installation, system integration, testing, or certification. Some cable assemblies rely on controlled U.S. Government interface specifications that limit eligible suppliers. Required equipment includes external rack‑mountable DC power supplies capable of delivering nominal 280 VDC at continuous duty and rack‑compatible multi‑fan cooling assemblies rated for sustained high‑power transmission. Deliverables are 20 DC power supply units, 20 rack‑mount cooling trays, and 20 complete sets of factory‑terminated power, data/control, timing, and HMIG cables as defined in the specification, to be delivered to Unit #3 1941 Robertson Road Bells Corners, Nepean Ottawa ON K2H 5B7.
