About

The Request for Supply Arrangement is seeking suppliers to provide a full range of promotional items (e.g. clothing items, office products, pens, stickers, mouse pads, water bottles, pins, mugs) including quality imprint and various applications such as silkscreen, embroidery, carving and etching, to support federal departments and agencies on an if-and-when-requested basis. The period for awarding contracts under the Supply Arrangement is from the date of award to 31 October 2026. Please note new suppliers are not being accepted on this Supply Arrangement; new suppliers will be able to submit a bid on the new Supply Arrangement in 2026.
