Clear Hills County is seeking a supplier for one new 2026 or 2027 half-ton four-wheel-drive (4x4) crew cab pickup truck in white. Required specifications include a trailer plug and receiver hitch complete with brake control, full crew cab, 6 ½ foot box, gas engine, automatic transmission, air conditioning, AM/FM radio, tilt steering, cruise control, factory-installed Bluetooth, power windows/locks/mirrors, power seats, heated mirrors, remote start, front tow hooks, factory fog lamps, block heater installed and running boards. Bidders must indicate a proposed delivery date; delivery must be prearranged and occur at the Clear Hills County office between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday excluding holidays. TENDER 2026-13 closes Friday, November 20, 2026 at 4:00 p.m.; return sealed tenders clearly marked “TENDER 2026-13 Pickup Truck” by mail to Clear Hills County, Box 240, Worsley, Alberta T0H 3W0 or drop off at Clear Hills County, 313 Alberta Avenue, Worsley, Alberta during regular office hours (8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday). Faxed or emailed tenders will not be accepted and the county does not recommend courier services. Tenders will be opened on Tuesday, November 24, 2026 at 9:35 a.m. during a Regular Council Meeting in the Clear Hills County Council Chambers.
