Tender: Supply of Electoral Arrow Signs for Elections Canada

Elections Canada is seeking a supplier to replenish its stock of electoral signage (arrow signs). The requirement is to order the agency's electoral signage with a preferred final delivery date no later than January 6, 2027, and the contract period runs from the Effective Date of the Contract until 2027-03-31. There is no security requirement for this procurement. Eligible bidders include Canadian suppliers, suppliers of an Applicable Trading Partner and suppliers of a Non-Trading Partner as defined in the solicitation. Proposals may be transmitted electronically via Canada Post Corporation’s Connect service, delivered in person or by mail, must be sealed and addressed to the Contracting Authority and received by the Proposal Receiving Unit by the bid closing date and time (the unit is open Monday to Friday 08:00–12:00 and 13:00–16:00 Gatineau time); bids sent by email or facsimile will not be accepted. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada, all enquiries must be made in writing only to the Contracting Authority at proposal@elections.ca by the stated deadline, solicitation documents are available on the CanadaBuys web page, Elections Canada retains the right to negotiate with suppliers, and debriefings are available after the successful bidder is announced.
