About

The Department of National Defence is seeking a supplier for switch assemblies (Eaton Yale, Part Number 6981ED173-112, GSIN 5930, NCAGE 08372): 10 units to be delivered to CFB Halifax, Nova Scotia and 10 units to be delivered to CFB Esquimalt, British Columbia. Offers will be assessed on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis and are subject to a preference for Canadian goods and/or services. Bidders proposing an equivalent or substitute product must indicate the brand name and model and/or part number and the NCAGE they are offering. Offerors must submit Annex Offeror Submission Details in both the original Excel format and PDF, plus the Annex Offeror Submission Form (PDF) and Annex Offeror Declaration Form (PDF). The solicitation’s instructions, clauses and conditions apply, the Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers, and documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
