About

National Research Council Canada (NRC) is seeking a supplier for a CNC tool room lathe with full manual machining capabilities to support quick setup, operational flexibility and precision machining operations. This is a reissued solicitation that cancels and supersedes Solicitation of Offers No. 26-58071 dated July 16, 2026 (previous closing August 14, 2026); offerors to the previous solicitation may request a debriefing. All deliverables must be received on or before March 31, 2027. This solicitation is subject to the Policy on Reciprocal Procurement, meaning only Canadian suppliers and suppliers of an Applicable Trading Partner are eligible; offers from suppliers of a Non‑Trading Partner will be rejected. Selection will be by Lowest Evaluated Price with Mandatory Technical Criteria. Tenders must be submitted to the NRC Bid Receiving Unit at NRC.BidReceiving-ReceptiondesSoumissions.CNRC@nrc-cnrc.gc.ca. Canada retains the right to negotiate with any supplier and documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
