Supplier needed to provide a tilt-deck trailer delivered on or before March 31, 2027, that meets the specified requirements: 20 to 22 feet usable deck space with a 16-foot tilt deck and a 4 to 6-foot fixed deck, 81-inch inside usable deck width (deck-over trailers will NOT be accepted), minimum payload capacity of 12,000 lbs with Trailer GVWR not to exceed 17,500 lbs, hydraulic cushion cylinder(s), fir plank decking, tandem 7,000–8,000 lb torsion axles, Forward Self Adjusting (FSA) electric brakes on all axles, E-Z lube axle bearings or oil bath, mud flaps, front-mounted heavy-duty toolbox, minimum six tie-down points, 2 5/16 inch hitch, 12,000 lb spring-loaded drop-leg jack with side wind, 14-ply trailer tires plus a 14-ply spare mounted on rim and spare tire mount, and a document holder.
