About

The Laboratory Services Branch (LaSB) of the Ministry is seeking a supplier to supply, deliver and install up to three semi-automated clean-up systems (SAC Systems) for organic contaminants, including polychlorinated biphenyl and petroleum hydrocarbons, plus associated equipment; the systems may be single, multiple or combination/integrated units and must meet the mandatory requirements. LaSB provides routine analytical services, analytical method development, evaluation of new analytical technologies and participation in proficiency testing to support environmental monitoring, compliance, abatement, enforcement, litigation, drinking water quality audits, scientific investigation of pollution and source tracking, and 24/7 emergency responses, and the SAC Systems will be used to assess organic components in a variety of matrices and to support work under the Ontario Safe Drinking Water Act as well as routine, priority and emergency requests.
