The Canadian Armed Forces is seeking a supplier to provide, deliver and install office furniture for new 2nd and 3rd floor office spaces at the Joe Tobie Building in Yellowknife to support JTFN HQ growth. The contractor must supply the items and quantities listed in the Statement of Work — including multiple height-adjustable desks (U-shaped and L-shaped), reception and boardroom tables, a variety of mesh and executive chairs, file cabinets, bookcases, lockers, wardrobes, coat racks, lounge and coffee tables — coordinate delivery with the CAF representative, install items to room locations outlined before install, establish an English-speaking 24/7 point of contact, and replace defective goods within 14 days. The solicitation requires all deliverables to be received on or before October 10, 2026 (deadline is firm); desk orientation will be confirmed with the Technical Authority at contract award; a height-adjustable main desk with a fixed return is acceptable for U-shaped workstations; and finishes may be HPL or standard commercial laminate provided finishes are the same color and Offerors may propose neutral finishes (walls are currently white and there is no existing furniture).
