Tender: Supply Arrangements for Electric Shuttle, School and Commuter Coach Buses – Canada (Ongoing Qualification)

Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) is seeking suppliers to establish Supply Arrangements to procure electric buses in three groups: Group 1 – Electric Shuttle Bus, Group 2 – Electric School Bus, and Group 3 – Electric Commuter Coach Bus, each in accordance with the attached specifications. Supply Arrangements will be issued for each group, suppliers may submit for one, two or all three groups, qualified suppliers will be placed on the arrangement to receive solicitations, and deliveries will be to destinations across Canada; the arrangement has no defined end date, offers a continuous opportunity for qualification and adding new products, and RFSA Amendment 007 modifies the Supply Arrangement Authority. Submissions are encouraged electronically via epost Connect due to COVID‑19, documents may be submitted in either official language, and a supply arrangement is not a contract—individual binding contracts result from subsequent solicitations.
