The City is seeking a supplier to supply and install upfitting for a Ford Transit cargo van in accordance with Detailed Specification 26005. The contractor must provide all materials, labour and components required to complete and place the equipment in successful operation, supply equipment and standard features unless specifically excluded in Form N, and use only new, unused equipment of current manufacture unless otherwise stated. The City may alter the type or quantity of work or terminate the contract with thirty (30) calendar days written notice if operational needs change. Further, within twelve (12) months following award the City may request up to 100% additional quantities at the contract unit prices, and the contractor may decline those requests.
