Tender: Supply and Delivery of Up to Eight Continuous Particulate Mass Monitors for Ambient Air Monitoring – Ontario

The Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks is seeking a supplier for up to eight (8) new continuous particulate mass monitors for ambient air monitoring across Ontario, including up to two (2) Federal Equivalent Method (FEM) approved units capable of simultaneous PM2.5, PM10 and PM10-2.5 measurement and up to six (6) FEM approved units for PM2.5 monitoring. The equipment will support provincial air monitoring programs, compliance, investigation, emergency response and environmental assessment activities; the vendor must provide supply, delivery, warranty support, technical assistance and, if requested by the Ministry, basic user training. Initial deliveries are required on or before March 31, 2027, with the final unit to be delivered between April 1 and June 30, 2027, to Ministry locations including 775 South Service Road, Stoney Creek, Ontario and 125 Resources Road, Etobicoke, Ontario.
