About

Public Health Ontario is seeking a supplier for the supply and delivery of Legionella urine antigen test kits for the qualitative detection of Legionella pneumophila serogroup 1 antigen only in urine specimens from patients presenting with symptoms of pneumonia. PHO intends to enter a non-competitive, sole-source contract with Abbott Rapid Diagnostics ULC but is providing other suppliers the opportunity to demonstrate they can satisfy the requirements set out in this Advance Contract Award Notice; this request does not constitute a call for tenders.
